F. Shug Evans
Owner/Apiarist
Shug Evans has worked with bees for forty years, managing hives with his father when he was teenager. Now he carries on that tradition with his son, Ryan Shug Evans. Shug is the owner of McCoy's Welding, a structural steel fabrication and erection contractor company in Pflugerville, Texas, and has been operating this business for over 17 years.

Ryan Evans has worked with bees all his life, managing hives with his father his entire life. Ryan has always had an interest in biology, nutrition, and the environment. Ryan graduated with a B.S. in biochemistry from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, and currently teaches chemistry and physics at the high school level.
